Aaranyaa's brand story is rooted in the remarkable journey of Dr Parashu Ram Singh, a young scientist with a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from BHU. Dr Singh moved to Sydney, Australia, in 1962, where he worked as Chief Chemist, R&D and Quality Control at Bayer Leverkusen from 1964 to 1969. He migrated to Canada in 1970 and later became a permanent resident. He continued his research in the field of cosmetology while working with leading companies in Canada, including Elizbeth Arden, where he worked as Head of Production, R&D, and Quality Control for 20 years. 

Driven by his passion for uncovering the secrets of Ayurveda, Dr Singh delved into extensive research. He discovered that fruits like mango, tamarind, amla, and tomato, as well as various herbs in the Indian subcontinent, are rich in natural amino acids and form the foundation of Ayurvedic skincare. It became evident that skincare products formulated with amino acid-rich ingredients were exceptionally powerful as skin nutrients, antioxidants, and exfoliators.  

Inspired by this knowledge, Dr Singh blended modern skincare technology with the principles of Ayurveda, giving birth to the brand Aaranyaa. In 2011, Vedic Natural Care Pvt Ltd. was established in India to manufacture Aaranyaa products. Since then, Aaranyaa has embarked on a continuous journey, committed to developing effective and natural skincare solutions by combining the latest technologies with the wisdom of Ayurveda.
